U.S. Orders

Options - Placing orders via our official website (www.ambrelus.com) is preferred.   For United States online orders, Ambrelus accepts AMEX, Discover, MasterCard and VISA.  Alternatively, you may place your order over the phone at +1 469-269-6790.  This may be a good option for those wishing to use PayPal to pay for an order.  We are available via telephone Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm CST except on major U.S. holidays.  

Lead Times - Receipt of a customer order commences the build process for each Ambrelus watch winder. Because each winder is hand built by a single craftsman with parts ordered only after receipt of an order and a deposit, you can expect approximately 10 - 12 weeks to elapse between the time your order is received and the actual shipment of your Ambrelus watch winder. 

Billing - Takes place within twenty-four (24) hours of order receipt.  Customers receive written confirmation of all orders via email as well as email updates containing shipment tracking numbers and delivery confirmation.

Cancellations - Orders cancelled within 72 hours of initiation will be fully refunded.  All other order cancellations will incur a $ 250 USD cancellation fee, i.e, the amount refunded will be the initial deposit less $ 250 USD.

Options - To request an international order, please complete and submit our International Order Request Form.  If you require assistance with your international order, you can also call us at +1 469-269-6790.  We are available via telephone Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm CST except on major U.S. holidays.  Ambrelus only accepts PayPal for International orders.

Taxes and Duties - For shipments outside of the United States, the customs office (or other authorities) in the sending and/or destination country may separately apply import duties, customs fees and/or other duties, fees, taxes and charges to your order. Customers are solely responsible for payment of these duties, fees, taxes and charges.

Shipping - U.S.

Once your Ambrelus watch winder has been assembled, tested and prepared for shipping, we will ship your unit 2-business day express via Fedex (or similar service) to a shipping address in the United States.

Ambrelus does not ship to P.O. Boxes.  A tracking number will be provided via eMail.  An adult signature is required for delivery.  Ambrelus will email updates triggered by the following events:

  1. Receipt of Order and payment confirmation
  2. FEDEX (or similar service) tracking number signifying shipment of your Ambrelus winder
  3. Delivery confirmation and Initiation of Warranty Clock

Shipping - International

Once your Ambrelus watch winder has been assembled, tested and prepared for shipping, we will ship your unit via FedEx International Priority (or similar service) . 

Ambrelus does not ship to P.O. Boxes.  A tracking number will be provided via eMail.  An adult signature is required for delivery.  Ambrelus will email updates triggered by the following events:

  1. Receipt of Order and payment confirmation
  2. FEDEX (or similar service) tracking number signifying shipment of your Ambrelus winder
  3. Delivery confirmation and Initiation of Warranty Clock

Warranty

Each Ambrelus Watch Winder is carefully assembled using high caliber components and comes with a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.  The Ambrelus warranty starts on the date the unit is delivered to your home or office.

Warranty work will likely necessitate returning your Ambrelus watch winder to our U.S. office for repairs.  To prevent damage, we require return shipping in the original box and packaging.  Please email or call Ambrelus (see customer service for contact information) to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.  Some restrictions apply -- Please see warranty policy details supplied in your Ambrelus Owner’s Welcome Kit for additional information.

Ambrelus watch winders subjected to use or misuse are excluded from this warranty.  


30-Day Return Program

Customer satisfaction is an imperative at Ambrelus.  To help ensure we meet or exceed your pre-purchase expectations, Ambrelus offers a 30-day money back return policy for watch winders in new unused condition.  The unit must be returned in the original box and packaging.  Shipping costs, taxes and duties associated with 30-day Program returns are the sole responsibility of the customer.  The 30-day clock starts the day the unit is delivered.  The customer must contact Ambrelus with an RMA (see warranty process above) request before 30 days have elapsed.  Some restrictions apply -- Please see 30-day Return Program details supplied in your Ambrelus Owner’s Welcome Kit for additional information.


Security & Privacy

The security of your personal and financial information is important to Ambrelus.

Although no data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, Ambrelus takes reasonable steps to protect all personal information. When we transfer sensitive personal information such as credit card information over the internet, we protect it using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology, the industry standard method for computers to communicate securely.  We utilize this encryption during the online checkout process, including the acceptance of your credit card information.  Other security safeguards include but are not limited to data encryption, firewalls, and physical access controls to building and files.

Ambrelus does not sell or rent your Personal Information to marketers or third parties.
